WHICH TIWAL HAS BETTER SAILING PERFORMANCE?
Performance will  depend on crew weight, skills, wind and wave conditions. As inflatable yachts, TIWALS  will surprise you with their performance - they are manoevrable, sail upwind well, and in the right conditions they can exceed 10 knots.
IS THE TIWAL 2 SUITABLE AS AN OFF THE BEACH SAILBOAT TOO? 
Yes, the TIWAL 2 is extremely simple to rig up and launch off the beach, also using the TIWAL trolley. 
Can I mount an outboard on the back?
Yes, we are working on a mount which attaches to the transom.  We have used an electric outboard which is ideal.  Please contact me for further details. ​
Do ALL sails use the same mast?
Yes, all TIWAL products use the same mast.  The top section of the mast is removable for the small sail. 
Is it easy to lift the SAIL rig completely off the boat?
Yes. Undo the downhaul, vang, traveller and the knot on the mainsheet. Lift the mast off the boat. 
WHAT DOES A TIWAL FEEL LIKE TO SAIL ? 
The TIWAL 2 has a comfortable and grippy deck.  It is a nimble little craft! 
HOW EASY IS IT TO RIGHT AFTER A CAPSIZE?
The TIWAL is easy to right by pushing down on the centreboard and to climb aboard from the water with the low deck.  After righting, it self-drains quickly. ​

Can I learn on a TIWAL 2?
Yes, the TIWAL 2 is great to learn on. It is stable and comfortable.  For a less confident adult the TIWAL 3 may be a better choice because of the bigger deck and higher boom. Once you become familiar with sailing, either boat will suit.  
How do I protect my TIWAL from the sun?
Keep it out of the sun as much as possible. Deflate slightly when left in the sun. Purchase the UV protection cover. ​
WHAT IS The warranty on a TIWAL 2?
THE TIWALS have a warranty of 3 years.  2 years for commercial owners
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF A TIWAL 2?
Quicker to assemble, slightly lighter and smaller as storage/luggage.
